Making an IMPACT - Q1 2010
Two months of another new year have passed and already BSP has an awful lot to be proud of. We started the year by passing yet another ISO 9001 quality audit which underlines our commitment to quality and continuous improvement. We have also launched our new website which show-cases our product ranges and after sales services 24hrs a day, every day, wherever you are in the world. The new website has considerable information with downloads, videos, project reports, technical data sheets and contact details for our dealers and agents. So please take some time to explore this and add it to your favourites. The web site content will be growing and changing all the time so please remember to keep revisiting and keep up to date with all the latest information.
2010 is a Bauma year and I find it incredible that another three years have passed so quickly. Once again we will be exhibiting at Bauma as well as several other major industry exhibitions around the world and we do hope that you will come and visit us at these events. We will try to keep you informed about these, but all information can be found on our website under the News and Events section.
The global economic downturn has had a serious effect on the construction industry and it’s unlikely to recover quickly while there is still so much instability within the financial services. Therefore the year ahead is going to give us some tough market challenges. However, it also gives an opportunity to catch our breath following three incredibly busy years. It’s an opportunity to improve our market leading Piling and Ground improvement equipment and a chance to accelerate our development of new products.
BSP has been the first choice supplier of foundation equipment on many high profile projects over its long history, but last year we were particularly proud to be playing such an important part in the construction of the new flood defences in New Orleans following the hurricane Katrina disaster. It’s wonderful feeling that our business is making a difference to people’s lives. Read the full story in this news letter.

Last year we exported equipment to 38 different countries, and without the high quality service and support that our dealers and agents provide, this would not have been possible.
