RIC Hammer Control

Cab mounted panel to operate hammer in automatic or manual modes. Cut out and warning if hammer suspended off the ground. 

HH4-RIC Data Logger

LCD touch screen module with memory and USB output to create a log of each point compacted and to indicate to operator when required compaction parameter has been achieved. Each compaction point records;

• Total penetration
• Final set
• Total blows
• Total energy
• Time and date
• A tilt sensor is also available to help maintain hammer verticality.

PCX-RIC

The system can be upgraded with the addition of GPS positioning. the same data is recorded as with the HH4, but with the addition of Easting's and Northign's. Data maps are created to present conpaction data to clients / consultants. Import of AutoCAD site plans and automatic generation of compaction points from the uploaded drawing.
