Hammer Control Box

The BSP Hammer Control Box can be either Power Pack mounted or on remote flying leads.

• It can control the hammer in automatic or manual modes.
• 'tamp' mode for safe, easy starting of drive to prevent pile run away
• Engine run / idle
• Pump flow
• Cout out and warning of incorrect pile engagement

Pile Monitoring

Essential for piling contractors requiring quality control. A kit containing the Jean Lutz data logging equipment can be added to the control system to record;

• Pile penetration
• Hammer energy / stroke
• Graphical representation of driving time and pile driving performance.

Stroke Watch

To compliment the range of controls a simple add on device is available for cases where a simple readout of hammer energy and stroke is required. Data is not logged but it is a useful aid to the operator. To configure the device to suit a particular hammer the internal DIL switch is set to a hammer code before use. A choice of metric or imperial units can be displayed.
