After an illustrious career spanning over two decades, Wayne Luckie, Sales Manager for BSP-TEX’s Road Maintenance machinery division, has retired. The entire team at BSP-TEX and TEX GROUP extends heartfelt thanks and best wishes for a well-deserved retirement.
Wayne joined Tex Engineering Limited in 2000 as a Sales Manager, bringing his expertise in road maintenance machinery. Following the merger with BSP-TEX, he continued to shine, leveraging his prior experience as a key figure in the success of Trojan Asphalt Mixers before their acquisition by TEX. Wayne’s dedication was pivotal in expanding the customer base for our renowned BSP-TEX pre-coated chip spreaders and BSP-TEX Trojan mastic asphalt mixers, all designed and built at our Head Office and manufacturing facility in Great Blakenham, Ipswich, UK.
A true industry expert, Wayne’s deep knowledge helped shape innovations like the M95 Mk. 2 Pre-Coated Chip Spreader, now the top-selling chipper in its class. Featuring advanced remote control and optional real-time monitoring, this machine reflects Wayne’s commitment to meeting customer needs with precision-engineered solutions.
BSP-TEX’s road maintenance range, including Belspray emulsion sprayers, Bitmen bitumen boilers, and Springwood road marking equipment, continues to set industry standards for durability and performance, thanks to Wayne’s insights
