Core Value Commendation Awards at TEX GROUP

TEX GROUP celebrates its Reward & Recognition scheme this month with our peer-nominated Core Value Commendation Awards.
Our eight Core Values are a strong set of guiding principles which define the TEX GROUP and our People; Safety, Customers, Quality, Integrity, People, Leadership, Teamwork and Communication.
Everyone within the TEX GROUP makes an essential contribution to our business and we acknowledge all our people’s hard work and ongoing efforts.
We are delighted to share photos of the first group of nominees (although a couple were too camera shy for a picture) to recognise a range of Core Values behaviours, including great teamwork, outstanding customer service, exceptional attention to detail, cyber security awareness and colleague support.
