Springwood Thermoplastic Hydrive Pre-Heaters
'Hydrive' thermoplastic heaters are freestanding units for truck or trailer mounting. Available in various capacities/configurations to suit your requirements.
Designed for safe working and engineered to last, Springwood Hydrive units are used to heat, stir and dispense various thermoplastic road marking materials. Twin vessels can be used when two line marking colours are required.
The heaters are thermostaticly controlled, and the vessels are insulated using 25mm-thick thermiculite in the cavity. There is an LPG gas supply to each of the single large capacity ring burners - one per vessel. The pilot burners are manually lit by taper and supported by a 'Flame Failure' system.
